HP opened the doors to two state-of-the-art facilities in the Philippines. The HP Mission Control and Customer Experience Center (MCC) and an HP Executive Briefing Center (EBC) are highly advanced facilities that provide innovative approach that deliver unparalleled levels of visibility and collaboration, as well as faster issue resolution for HP customers across the region.
“The opening of these facilities signifies HP’s long-term investments in the Philippines and its desire to set world-class standards for information infrastructure and services in the country,” said Brian Humphries, senior vice president, Growth Markets Organization, HP. “The expanded capabilities will enable HP Philippines to extend innovation leadership across its current product and services portfolio, creating value-added benefits for our customers.”
The HP MCC is a unique facility that offers HP a better understanding of local and global environments and better decision-making when managing HP customer’s highest-priority events. The HP MCC is equipped with tools to pull and report data and to facilitate collaboration across HP delivery centers. It also provides HP enhanced visibility into clients’ environments and enables proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
On the other hand, the HP EBC is designed to further enhance customer relationships and host high-level customer and executive meetings, product and service demonstrations. It hosts HP’s suite of technology solutions, and serves as a venue for presentations and floor walks with experts and HP executives for strategic business and technology discussions.
“The MCC and EBC enhance HP Philippines’ capability to help companies evolve and innovate,” said Ryan Guadalquiver, managing director, HP Philippines. “HP’s vision of the enterprise flexibly meets changing needs through a best delivery model that provides the right outcome, in the right time frame, at the right price.”
