Nowadays, food deliveries with just one call are nothing special. But did you know that a new phone can now be delivered right at your doorstep? Smart delivers, and it’s free of charge.
If you want a plan-bundled phone delivered to your house, all you have to do is contact landline 8488877. If you are an existing Smart subscriber, simply call *887, and a sales associate will respond and inform you of the various call, text, data, and phone offerings of Smart. The agent will also help you determine which postpaid plan best suits your needs. The subsequent steps will complete the process:
Step 1 – Sales associate will send you an application form via email.
Step 2 – Print the application form and accomplish the document.
Step 3 – Scan the accomplished application form; also scan your driver’s license or passport or other proof of identification and financial documents.
Step 4 – Email the scanned copies to firstname.lastname@example.org. A Smart officer will call you within 24 hours to inform you of the status of your application.
Once approved, Smart will deliver your phone – which comes with a one-year warranty – within three to five days if you’re in Metro Manila, and five to seven days if you’re in the province. You will be requested to submit your printed application form and to present original identification and financial documents to confirm the transaction.
“Smart subscribers no longer have to look for an opening in their schedule to pick up their phone. Smart will make time for them so they can go ahead and enjoy their day. Moreover, people can now apply for a Smart postpaid subscription without leaving the house,” said Smart Customer Care Head Joy Sanchez.
“With the pace of modern living becoming more and more frenetic, Smart is constantly finding ways to make things more convenient for our current, even our potential subscribers,” she added.
Smart’s sales hotlines are open seven days a week, even on holidays, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
