Acer announces high-end Predator 21 X gaming laptop at CES 2017

At the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2017, Acer announced the availability of its high-end Predator 21 X gaming laptop, Acer’s most powerful offering among Predator laptops.

According to Acer, the Predator 21 X promises to deliver a “truly immersive gaming experience” with its curved 21-inch IPS display (2560 x 1080 resolution) and Tobii eye-tracking technology. The company notes that the eye-tracking technology allows gamers to identify enemies and take cover by simply gazing at objects on the screen.

In addition, Acer said that the Predator 21 x is powered by dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphic cards and a 7th Generation Intel Core i7-7820HK processor for ultimate performance.

Aside from these powerful features, the high-end gaming laptop has a 64GB of DDR4-2400 memory, up to four 512GB solid state drives, and a 7200 RPM hard drive of 1TB capacity.

The Predator 21 X will be available in North America in February with a starting price of $8,999. It will also roll out in EMEA for €9,999.
