During the launching of the raved about iPhone 11, Apple has also unveiled its Apple Watch Series 5 which boasts new and better features.
According to a report by Cnet, Apple Watch Series 5 willbe featuring an always-on display while delivering and still has an 18-hour battery life just like with its previous models.
Like other smartwatches, the color watch faces go dimmer yet slightly animated when users turn their wrist away and change colors a bit and brighten up when users turn their wrist back. The always-on mode only works when worn on a wrist, and with Apple’s watch faces and the Workout app.
Another interesting feature in the new Apple watch series is a native compass which will indicate the user’s cardinal direction, but also elevation, longitude, latitude, and incline.
The new Apple watches will also come in new case design options, particularly ceramic and titanium.
The Apple Watch Series 5 will start at $399 (£399, AU$649) for the GPS-only model, and $499 (£499, AU$799) for both GPS and cellular.
