Lenovo to launch its first Windows 10 Mobile phone

Lenovo, on July 14, announced that they will release their first Windows 10 Mobile device called SoftBank 503LV.

Created in collaboration with Microsoft Japan and Japanese technology conglomerate SoftBank, the phone features a 5-inch, 1,280 x 720 screen display; Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 octa-core Soc at 1.5GHz; 3GB of RAM; and 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded to 128GB through a microSD card slot.

The phone also has an 8MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, and a not-so-good 2250mAh battery.

As expected from a Windows phone, SoftBank 503LV will support Continuum and will be marketed only towards businesses. It remains to be seen if Lenovo will release more Windows 10 Mobile phones in the future.

The Lenovo Softbank 503LV is expected to be available on October albeit only in Japan. The handset’s price is still unknown.
