Power Mac Center invites creaTECH kids to Summer Workshop 2019

This summer, nurture your kids’ innate creaTECH talent and discover their potential in art, animation, programming, vlogging, and video production. From May 6 to July 27, premier Apple partner Power Mac Center is holding summer workshops for kids and teens aged 7 to 16 years old. With a variety of courses to choose from, PMC Summer Workshop 2019 is offering a series of digital and non-digital workshops suited to your kids’ passion.

“Now on its 12th year, the PMC Summer Workshop is once again opening up playgrounds for kids as they explore the world, especially the exciting world of technology. Our workshops are designed to pave the way for the youth into the technology-driven future,” said Joey Alvarez, Power Mac Center Director of Product Management and Marketing.

Teaching kids through demos, lectures, hands-on trainings, and actual project creation, workshop courses include the following:

• Arts and Crafts. Encourage your kids’ creativity early on through this crafts-based workshop open to children four to six years old. Kids will experience creative and challenging activities involving art forms of different styles to allow them to discover their own style.

• Digital Arts and Animation. Sharpen your kids’ creative imagination with these hands-on workshops in Multimedia Animation suited for 7- to 12-year-olds. Attendees will be able to explore augmented reality and bring life to their envisioned worlds or delve into webtoon-making through classes on film conceptualization, creation of storyboard and characters, animation, and film editing.
