Messaging and media sharing platform Snapchat has officially entered the gaming scene after it introduced its in-app gaming service called ‘Snap Games’ during the Snap Partner Summit in Los Angeles.
According to a report by techcrunch.com, Snapchat debuted its gaming platform that lets user play real-time, multiplayer games while communicating with their friends.
Among the social media giant’s newest game offerings are Bitmoji Party, Alphabear Hustle, C.A.T.S. (Crash Arena Turbo Stars) Drift Race, Snake Squad, Tiny Royale, and Zombie Rescue Squad.
Snapchat has partnered with developers such as SpryFox, ZeptoLab, Game Closure, Zynga, and PikPok to build games exclusively for its vertical, real-time multiplayer format.
