21st Century Fox will soon join the fold of Disney after the two companies sealed the deal for Disney to acquire 21st Century Fox for an all stock deal amounting to $52.4 billion dollars.
The deal includes 20th Century Fox, National Geographic channels, Fox’s televisoon studioes. The deal does not include Fox News.
“The ability to marry the great content of Fox with the great content of Disney.,” said Disney CEO Robert Iger.
