Facebook on Tuesday (November 29, 2016) unveiled Instant Games for Messenger, giving its users the ability to play games right in their conversations.
In a blog post, Facebook said that Messenger users in 30 countries will be able to choose from a library of well-known games, including Words with Friends, Pac-Man, EverWing, Space Invaders, Galaga, Track & Field 100M, and more.
As explained by Facebook, users will just need to open a conversation with a friend, press on the game controller icon located below where users type their message and choose a game to start playing instantly. After playing, people in the conversation will be able to see the score and will have the opportunity to challenge the score.
Instant Games on Messenger is now available on newer iOS and Android operating systems.
