A survey conducted by researchers from the University of Michigan, Tufts University and Ohio’s Kenyon College indicated that people would agree to stop using Facebook for a year if they received an amount no lower than US$1,000.
A total of 1,143 participants took part in the experiment. The result indicated the rate for someone to give up Facebook is #1.84 per hour, $6.01 for a day and $38.03 for a week.
