WhatsApp is back in service after it suffered a widespread global outage that lasted for several hours. It was not clear as to what is the reason behind the outage except that it was a “global” outage said the company.
WhatsApp users complained that they were able to connect to the app but not its servers rendering the 1.2 billion users not being able to send or receive messages.
WhatsApp said they have fixed the problem and apologize for the inconvenience it might have caused its users.
