The Globe At Home app is a free and convenient way for active and valid Globe At Home Broadband account or Prepaid Home WiFi subscribers to Track and Boost their Globe At Home Postpaid or Prepaid account using any smartphone or digital device. The app is downloadable via Apple App Store or Google Play.
To show account information like user’s account number and plan details—remaining load and validity, monthly fee and speed, data usage and total data allowance—just tap the “Go to Dashboard” button from the home screen. When tracking data usage, the Globe At Home’s Data Duck shows current data usage and total data allowance in almost-real time. Just tap the “View Details” option to know more.
To boost internet allowance or data allocation, avail the HomeSurf option for Prepaid WiFi or Volume Boost for Broadband accounts directly from the app. Just click or tap “Get More Data” button and choose desired variant. You can even pay your total balance using the app to ensure seamless connection and worry-free browsing. Just click on the “Pay Now” button and pay via GCash or credit card.
And if you frequently use up your internet allowance, you can also check the app to find out if you’re qualified for a plan upgrade. If eligible, an “Account Services” tab can be found automatically in the Drawer Menu. You can then proceed by following the on-screen steps when applying for a plan upgrade.
