Twitter recently decided to amp up the twitterverse when they introduced their newest feature, Stickers.
This will enable users to select from the library of hundreds of accessories, emoji, and props that will make their photos more fun. Aside from this, stickers can also be used to show feelings, emotions, and add some “flair” to a twitter post.
While stickers are not new in the social media world, Twitter is putting a unique spin on it by making it searchable. It means that when a user clicks a sticker on a post, it will bring him to a new timeline which shows how many people are also using the same sticker.
This function is called “visual hashtags.”
Twitter has said that the stickers will soon be available on iOS, Android, and Twitter.com.
