Apple’s upcoming flagship phone, the iPhone 8, will reportedly have a longer battery life.
According to a MacRumors report, citing the research note of Morgan Stanley analyst Katy Huberty, the high-end iPhone will have a longer battery life, along with other updates, including an AMOLED display, a curved form factor, wireless charging technology, 3D sensors, and more advanced AI software capabilities.
The analyst believes that iPhone 8’s increased battery life will drive customers with older iPhone models to upgrade to the redesigned version.
The report also mentioned a research note from KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, which says that the 4.7-inch iPhone 8 will have a battery life comparable to a 5.5-inch Plus model.
