Sally Vicente, Vice President of Operations, has been working with Ardent for 27 years. She has expressed that during these extraordinary times, she has become more loving, caring, and resilient. She sees Ardent Networks as a robust community, and misses the yearly company outings and travel which gave her the chance to spend quality time with people she calls her family. She has high hopes for the future of Ardent Networks as she sees the potential of every employee.
The pandemic has left many industries in challenging situations. Ardent Networks realizes how blessed they are to have the ability to stay operational, work remotely and successfully adapting to the circumstances. In celebration of their ten-year anniversary the Ardent Networks community has decided to donate their anniversary celebration budget to schools in struggling areas of the Philippines.
Ardent Networks has chosen five schools around the Philippines to send donations, by vote of their employees. They acknowledged that many schools especially in the rural areas are not fully equipped for teaching in this current environment. This is why Ardent has donated ₱20,000 to each of the following schools.
