The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2017 proved to be a great place for innovation as Divergent 3D unveiled its 3D printed sports car called Blade.
By unveiling the Blade, Divergent is looking to promote its new approach to the auto manufacturing process. The company claims that while the society has made great strides in its adoption of cleaner and greener cars, the actual manufacturing of these cars is not environmentally friendly.
Divergent says that its dematerialized cars are greener, lighter, safer, and cheaper compared to other vehicles.
“We’ve developed a sustainable path forward for the car industry that we believe will result in a renaissance in car manufacturing,” said Divergent CEO Kevin Czinger.
