HP has introduced its new Wood series for its Envy laptops and convertible, featuring different types of wood inlay for its Envy 13, Envy x360 13, Envy x360 15 and Envy 17 PCs.
According to a report by engadget.com, HP has unveiled different tree color combinations including black and natural dark brown walnut inlay, as well as white and silver inlay featuring birch.
HP said that each laptop will be “one-of-a-kind” because of the woods’ natural variation.
It can be remembered that HP earlier introduced its Spectre Folio covered in real leather from the outside as well as the palm rests.
However, unlike the Spectre Folio, the wood option covers the PC’s palm rests and touchpad and the laptops still feature metal exterior.
The Envy Wood series is expected to roll out sometime in Fall 2019.
