Reigning Miss Universe Pia Alozo Wurtzbach turned out to be a gamer as she was seen in a video playing the big-hit “Pokemon Go” on the streets of New York.
As seen in a live video uploaded on the Miss Universe Facebook page on Thursday, Wurtzbach was playing the said mobile game where she was trying to catch a Pokemon.
Wurtzbach was actually going to a movie premiere, but the Filipino titleholder realized that she still have some time so she decided that playing “Pokemon Go” is the best thing to do.
While playing, one fan asked for a photo with her but Wurtzbach said she had to catch the Pokemon first before granting the request.
Wurtzbach playing “Pokemon Go” is not surprising as she had said in the past that she was a “closet gamer,” and her favorite video games were “Tekken” and “Final Fantasy.”
