Sony on Tuesday (August 23, 2016) announced that it is bringing its game streaming service PlayStation Now to PC.
This move will bring a wide collection of PlayStation 3 exclusive titles like Uncharted, God of War, and Ratchet & Clank to PC for the first time. In addition, this will provide gamers a new way to access PS Now’s over 400 games.
Sony said that PC’s should have baseline specs of Windows 7, Intel Core i3 CPU, 2GB of RAM and a Sound Card for PS Now to function. A minimum of 5 Mbps connection is also required.
PlayStation Now on PC will become available in Europe soon and will arrive to North America shortly thereafter.
Meanwhile, Sony also announced a new $24.99 DualShock 4 USB Wireless Adapter that will allow a PS4 controller to connect wirelessly to a PC. It will become available early next month.
