Netizens were not able to listen to their favorite music after music streaming company Spotify suffered major outages.
Subscribers took to Twitter their sentiments and asked what was going on with the music streaming service.
“Many customers were recently having problems logging in and reaching customer support. Things are looking better, but if you’re still having issues, please reach out to us again” said Spotify on its Twitter account.

Spotify acknowledged the outage and tweeted the following:

After an hour, the service is back online:
