According to a report by zdnet.com, Microsoft has previously set its goal to achieve 1 billion installations within two to three years after its launch in 2015.
However, last 2017, Microsoft officials said that it will take longer than their self-stated goal.
With is current number of installations, Windows 10 is expected to hit its 1 billion mark before the end of 2019.
