Chinese brand Xiaomi launched its newest Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S smartphone, a successor of their previous Mi Mix 2, highlighting a dual rear camera.
The dual camera set up features a Sony IMX363 sensor technology where a 1/2.6-inch sensor is aligned with a wide-angle 26mm equivalent lens and a smaller 1/3.4-inch 12MP sensor combined with an equivalent 46mm telephoto lens.
In a report by Techspot.com, the company’s flagship which was described by DxOMark as a “Chinese gem” also has a 5.99-inch IPS LCD screen with a 2,160 x 1,080 pixel resolution, a memory of 8GB of RAM and 256GB of local storage, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.
Other features include3,400mAh battery with 7.5W wireless charging, USB Type-C connectivity, and a fingerprint sensor.
Xiaomi’s Mi Mix 2S which will be launched on April 3 earned the second-highest photo score for a smartphone camera with a photo sub-score of 101.
