UBER introduces ‘Uber Health’

Over 3.6 million Americans have missed their doctor appointments due to lack of reliable transportation on an annual basis and also “no-show” rates are apparently as high as 30 percent nationwide.

Uber just announced their newest service called “Uber Health”, the service is a way to partner with healthcare organizations to provide reliable, comfortable transportation for patients.

Uber Health’s goal is to eliminate the stress and worry that many people feel when forced to manage appointments on their own. Uber partnered with numerous healthcare organizations allows medical professionals to schedule rides for their patients and the benefit of this system is its flexibility.

Over “100 healthcare organizations” in the US like home care centers, physical therap centers, hospitals, rehab facilities and more already took full advantage of Uber Health as beta testers.

Uber also claims that there is “no additional service fee” associated with using uber Health.

Healthcare professionals can sign their organization up with Uber Health via Uber Health’s official website: https://www.uberhealth.com
