Pinterest will soon add a “Buy” button that will allow users to purchase stuffs without leaving the website or app.
70 million monthly visitors are using Pinterest to save and share images. This can be a huge market that makes it a great competitor in the e-commerce market, opposing companies such as Amazon and eBay. This move may also give them a competitive advantage with other social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter that are also planning to add their own Buy buttons.
