Gmail’s Smart Compose feature which lets users type emails more easily by suggesting phrases based on their writing style is rolling out to all android devices after its earlier release to Google’s Pixel 3 phone.
In a report by digitaltrends.com, the smart commpose feature offers phrases which users can include or reject when composing emails through artificial intelligence.
The AI analyzes the user’s writing style and offers phrases which appear instantly in their email’s body lighter than the typed text.
If users wants to use the suggested phrase, it can be included by swiping across it. If not, the phrase will eventually disappear as typing continues.
The Smart Compose feature is auto-enabled but users who do not want it can turn it off through entering the app’s settings, selecting the appropriate account, and then removing the check mark from the Smart Compose box.
