Android beats iOS in smartphone loyalty

According to a new report from Consumer Intelligence Research Partners (CIRP), Android users have higher loyalty than iOS users do.

The research firm states that Android has an impressive 91 percent loyalty rate compared with Apple’s iOS behind slightly at 86 percent. Android’s brand loyalty has been remaining high since early 2016 and remains at the highest levels ever seen.

In 2013, data showed that iPhone users were more loyal than Android however that changed the following year and since then Android remained at the top spot.
