KonsultaMD, the country’s only telehealth hotline and a Globe Telecom subsidiary, continues its winning streak with recent accolades from Kidlat Awards 2019.
KonsultaMD emerged as one of Kidlat Awards’ biggest winners, bagging 5 major awards for creative storytelling and effectiveness for its “Consult a Real Doctor” campaign which was co-created with advertising agency, GIGIL. These include Gold Craft Film Copywriting, Gold Creative Storytelling Film and Bronze Creative Effectiveness Film for “Dok Internet,” Silver Creative Storytelling Outdoor for “Dok Everywhere” and Bronze Creative Storytelling Film Campaign for “Consult a Real Doctor.”

KonsultaMD is a dedicated platform where Filipinos with medical needs get easy access to primary medical care by talking to a licensed Filipino doctor anytime, anywhere over the phone. The service is made up of a team of licensed, highly trained and experienced medical professionals ready to provide Filipinos with high-quality medical information on a 24/7 basis.
These on-call doctors provide straightforward help regarding healthcare questions and concerns, and information on certain primary conditions like cough, fever, flu, allergies, among others, plus permissible (over-the-counter) medication. The service is also not meant to replace the necessary face-to-face interaction between a patient and a doctor to resolve a medical issue.
To subscribe to KonsultaMD, Globe Postpaid customers only need to pay a subscription fee of P150 a month, available for use by up to four additional household members. Globe Prepaid and TM users can subscribe to KonsultaMD by paying P15 a week or P60 monthly. Meanwhile, subscription for Globe Platinum members is free.
