PH robotics team wins two bronze medals in Denmark tourney

In a remarkable display of innovation and talent, the Philippine Robotics National Team secured multiple victories at the prestigious World Robot Olympiad Friendship Invitational Denmark 2023 held in Odense, Denmark . 1,200 participants from 39 countries.

In the Elementary level for Future Innovators, the Philippine Robotics National Team clinched the coveted Bronze medal, affirming their position as exceptional young talents in the field of robotics. The victory at this level was won by Special Education for the Gifted (SpEd-G)under the Department of Education Olongapo City.

Additionally, the team showcased their prowess at the Senior High school level, achieving yet another triumphant Third place and earning the esteemed Bronze medal. The Bronze was won by Dr. Yanga Colleges Inc. (Bulacan) .

For Robot Mission, Columban Barretto College Inc. (Olongapo) ranked 20th place . Nellie Brown Elementary School (DepEd Olongapo City) ranked 28th place.FELTA Multi Media Inc. President/ CEO , Mylene Abiva joined the Philippine Robotics National Team and was recognized as the pioneer organizer of the World Robot Friendship Invitational Cebu in 2018 during the event.

The Philippine Robotics National Team expresses gratitude to their supporters, mentors, and the Department of Education (Olongapo City) for making this success possible. Their victories represent a significant milestone in promoting the advancement of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education in the Philippines, further inspiring young minds to reach new heights of innovation and excellence.
