At the Mobile World Congress event, Mark Zuckerburg, founder of Facebook, shares in his greatest rule in hiring people who wants to get a job in Facebook.
“I will only hire someone to work directly for me if I would work for that person… It’s a pretty good test and I think this rule has served me well.” he said at the audience. Sheryl Sandberg, Chief Operating Officer of Facebook, was also interviewed by Mark before she became one of best employees in the company. She is the perfect example of how an employee should be and also, Mark considers her as a mentor.
Mark also gave a tip in his speech for aspiring entrepreneurs regarding about starting a company “The most important thing is to keep your team as small as possible,” he said.
