In line with its commitment to transform the digital lifestyles of Filipino consumers through innovative devices and services, Microsoft has partnered with Cherry Mobile in offering two of the first smartphones that will run on the latest Windows 10 Mobile platform.
The two new mobile phones from Cherry Mobile dubbed the Alpha Prime 4 and Alpha Prime 5 were unveiled during the annual COMPUTEX event held in Taiwan.
The Alpha Prime 4 and 5 are key additions to the Cherry Mobile’s growing range of devices that are powered by Microsoft. Late in 2014, Microsoft and Cherry Mobile introduced the Alpha Series, a line of smartphones and devices built on Windows. The arrival of the two new mobile phones further strengthens Microsoft’s partnership with the country’s leading mobile device brand Cherry Mobile which has helped make Windows smartphones more accessible to Filipinos.
The Alpha Prime 4 and Alpha Prime 5 are the first LTE capable mobile phones from Cherry Mobile and will be running on the highly anticipated Windows 10 Mobile platform. With this, Alpha Prime 4 and 5 Users will be able to enjoy a seamless computing experience offered on their desktops through Windows 10 Mobile’s Continuum feature which enables their devices to transform and work like a PC.

The Cherry Mobile Alpha Prime and Alpha Prime 5 will be available late this year and will retail at an affordable price for Filipinos.
